LONGER SERVICES — 24-HOUR NOTICE

Appointments for Facials, Waxing, Sugaring, and Henna require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or
rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as no shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee and require a deposit for future appointments.

THREADING APPOINTMENTS

We are more flexible with threading cancellations and rescheduling since these services are shorter and we can
often accommodate walk-in guests. However, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future appointments.

LATE ARRIVALS

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. For longer services, arriving late may require the service to be shortened or rescheduled to respect the next guest's appointment.

NO-SHOWS'

Guests who repeatedly miss appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee and/or may be required to provide a deposit when booking future appointments.
